I always enjoy reading this blog. It is written for gluten intolerant people who want to eat whole foods. Created by Ali and Tom of Whole Like Nutrition it is a wealth of gluten free recipes, resources and links. They have a wonderful book The Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook. All that aside, this blog post is on school lunches and as I hear from many mothers churning out healthy lunches all year long can strain the creative juices. This post has some great ideas and they have created a handy little chart that you can hang up to inspire you every day!
